What is the process?
Our service is streamlined. When you sign up, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire providing all the information about your website requirements. We work with you in accomplishing and polishing your site to how you want it. But we're not done just there, we provide you with training on how to use your website, make custom changes and more. We'll take care of the back-end maintenance while you spend more time promoting your business. Oh and did we forget to mention, we're happy to make monthly changes on your site included in your subscription plan.
What do I need to provide?
We will need you to point your domain to our servers, if you don't have a domain or want us to manage it for you. We can transfer your domain or purchase a new one at an additional cost. Aside from that it really depends. Do you have your branding and assets available to provide us so we can implement it on your site. Or would you rather we created one with stock images and assets.
Can I update my website on my own after it’s built?
Definitely, you will be able to use the website builder. It's easy to use and you'll quickly get the hang of it. And if you need help, just send us a message and we'll assist you. Your subscription also allows you to request us to make a change monthly and you can also add your team members to manage it.
What kind of changes can I request?
We provide 3 free changes on a monthly basis. You can request to change images, headings, texts, descriptions, add pop-ups, alerts, banners, links and embedded widgets. If our builder accommodates it, we'll make the change. What you can't request is a whole new redesign and branding, new functionality or integration with other platforms. We may provide these changes at additional cost.

Can I transfer the website?
Our website builder is proprietary on our own platform, we can provide you with an html file but it would not function on other website builders.

You can cancel anytime throughout the month before your payment due date.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refund on custom work. We can provide a refund on your subscription within 14 days.
