I signed up, what's next?
After selecting your plan, an account manager will contact you to discuss your design ideas or requests. We will work on your design requests promptly and make revisions until you are completely satisfied.
Why wouldn't I hire a designer locally?
Hiring a junior-level designer costs over $50,000 annually, plus benefits, and may not guarantee steady work. With our plans, you get a dedicated team without the hassle of hiring staff. You can cancel anytime if you don't need our services.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are completed within one to three days, but complex ones can take longer. We'll alway keep you in the loop.
What programs do you design in?
Most of our designs are completed in Affinity Designer & Canva.
How do I request designs?
Which ever channel you're comfortable with, eMail, WhatsApp, Drive links. We're pretty flexible in communications.
How do I receive my design?
You can download your design from a drive link or attachements sent via eMail. You can arrange a method of file transferring with your account manager for convenience.
What file would I receive for my design?
You can ask your account manager to send the file in png, jpeg, pdf, or other formats based on the content and use case. For example, if you need a design with a transparent background, we will send it in png format. You can specify the file type before submission.
What if I don't like the design?
If you don't like the design, you have the option for revision.
Do you complete any form of design material?
We do not offer the following services: 3D modeling, animated graphics, complex packaging, extensive print design, 3D video involving blender or cinema4d, 2D character animation, complex website creation, systems development, and integrations. These services are offered separately. You can inquire about our packaged bundles.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime during the month. Make sure to cancel at least 7 days before your next billing.
