I signed up, what's next?
After choosing your plan, one of our account managers will connect with you to provide access to our client hub where you can submit your design ideas or requests. We start on your design requests immediately and provide revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
Why wouldn't I hire a designer locally?
A junior-level designer costs over $50,000 yearly, plus benefits, and may not always have steady work. With the monthly plan, you receive a full dedicated team without the headache of hiring staff. And to top it off, you can cancel anytime if you don't require our services.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are completed within one to three days, but complex ones can take longer.
What programs do you design in?
Most of our designs are completed in Figma.
How do I request designs?
You can request your design through the client hub. You can submit your requests, upload sketches, keep track on progress, make changes and directly chat with your account manager.
How do I receive my design?
You can download your design directly from the hub or request your account manager to send it via eMail. You can arrange a method of file transferring with your account manager for convenience.
What file would I receive for my design?
Depends on the project, you can request your account manager to send you the file in png, jpeg, pdf or other types of file depending on the content and use case. For instance, if you requested a design with transparent background, we would send it to you in png file. You'll have an opportunity to request the type of file prior to submission.
What if I don't like the design?
You have the option for unlimited revision. If you don't like the design, we will revise it to your satisfaction.
Do you complete any form of design material?
We complete most types of design work except the following:
- Design: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), complex packaging and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.);
- Video: 3D involving blender or cinema4d and 2D character animation.
- Website creation: Complex websites, systems development and integrations. This is not included in the package as we offer these services separately. You can always ask us about our packaged bundles.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at anytime throughout the month. Please be sure to cancel your subscription at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the work, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Your refund will be prorated for the amount of design assets used based on the number of days you had an active subscription. If there were no designs completed in that time frame, we'll give you 100% of the fee back.
