I signed up, what's next?
After choosing your plan, you'll answer a few questions about your business. Then, you'll link your social media accounts to our platform so we can schedule and post the content you've okayed to your pages. In about a week, you'll get all your social media posts for the month to check. If you want any changes, we'll make them for you. Once you're happy with everything, we'll post it all for you during the month.
How will you know what to post for my company?
Our service is streamlined. When you sign up, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire providing all the information about your company and target audience, including your branding and post ideas. We'll also thoroughly review your website and social media channels to understand your brand voice and visual style. If you want us, we'll continue in a similar style. We'll also research your industry to create high-quality, relevant content for your audience.
Who will be working on my content?
Our social media content team is made up of experienced professionals who are dedicated to creating engaging and effective content for our clients. Each client is assigned an account manager who will be their main point of contact and will oversee the development and execution of their social media strategy.

We work collaboratively to ensure that our clients' social media content is tailored to their specific needs and goals. Are the posts custom made?
Yes, content is specifically created for your particular brand or purpose. This includes different types of content, such as images, videos, articles, etc. The content is created from scratch, rather than being sourced from pre-existing materials, and is designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the brand for which it is being created. Content will be used for a variety of purposes, such as marketing, branding, education, or entertainment. The images and video's may primarily be stock footage unless you provide us with your own assets or request our graphic design package for complete custom work.
Will I see the Assets before they go live?
You will receive all posts for review before they are published. After signing up and completing the questionnaire, your posts will be ready for review within 7 working days. We send a month's worth of content at once and provide a link for your feedback. We aim for you to love the posts, so we are always open to making changes until you are completely satisfied.
Where do you get content/visuals from?
It varies. Some clients have plenty of content, while others have very little. If you have a lot, we mainly use that. If you don't have much, we use high-quality stock photos or create more graphic-based posts related to your brand. We also have in-house graphic designers who are ready to create your custom assets and you can bundle that service in as well.
Will my clients know I'm using your company as a service?
No, your clients will not see our branding on any of your posts.
Can I still post on my own social profiles?
Yes, we welcome our clients to contribute their own content when they want to. It's your choice how much you want to be involved. If you're too busy to manage social media, you can rest assured that we'll take care of your accounts.
Do I need to share my login details?
No need for passwords, just connect your social media accounts to our scheduling platform through the official integration. You may need to reconnect if you change your login details.
Will I see any sales outcome from your posts?
Consistently posting on your social media is about engaging your current followers with content that showcases your business and teaches them. While we can't promise sales, working with us can boost your chances of making sales and growing. To generate more sales, leads, or followers, it's a good idea to run paid ads, collaborate with influencers, and focus on direct sales efforts. Social media is crucial for raising brand awareness and driving more sales, but other factors like website traffic, reviews, and economic trends also affect sales.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can anytime during the month, we recommend you cancel 7 days prior to your next billing.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the work, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Your refund will be processed after you remove all the social media posts shared on your social pages or unless you agree to a pro-rated payout. Refunds are not provided after the 14 days is up.
