I signed up, what's next?
After signing up, you'll complete our on-boarding form to tell us about your business and audience. We'll need access to your selected channels. We'll deliver your content by the 15th of the month prior, and you'll have 5 business days to approve or request revisions.
How will you know what to post for my company?
When you sign up, you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire about your company and target audience, including branding and post ideas. We'll review your website and social media to understand your brand voice and style. We'll research your industry to create high-quality, relevant content. We'll use AI to align our content with your company's directives.
Who will be working on my content?
Our social media team in Canada creates engaging content for clients. Each client has an account manager overseeing their strategy. The team includes content creators, designers, and strategists who tailor content to clients' needs. We stay updated on social media trends for best results.
Are the posts custom made?
Yes, tailored content includes images, videos, and articles to meet your specific needs for marketing, branding, education, or entertainment. Stock footage is used unless you provide your own assets or bundle our service with graphic design subscription.
Will I see the Assets before they go live?
You will receive all your social and content posts by the 15th of each month. We send a month's worth of content at once and provide a feedback link. You have 5 business days to review, request revisions, or approve the content.
Where do you get content/visuals from?
Clients' content varies. We use client-provided content when available, and high-quality stock photos when there's little content. You can opt in for our graphic design services which allows our in-house graphic designers to create custom assets as needed.
Will my clients know I'm using your company as a service?
No, your clients will not see our branding on any of your posts.
Can I still post on my own social profiles?
Yes, we welcome our clients to contribute their own content when they want to. It's your choice how much you want to be involved. If you're too busy to manage social media, you can rest assured that we'll take care of your accounts.
Do I need to share my login details?
No need for passwords, just connect your social media accounts to our scheduling platform through the shared link. You may need to reconnect if you change your login details.
Will I see any sales outcome from your posts?
Regular social media posts engage followers with business content. While we can't guarantee sales, working with us can increase sales and growth chances. To boost sales, consider paid ads, influencer collaborations, and direct sales efforts. Social media is vital for brand awareness and sales, but other factors like website traffic, reviews, and economic trends also impact sales.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can anytime during the month, we recommend cancelling 7 days prior to your next billing.
